RIFO Tips "CRM Report"
Step 1: Leads
Click on “leads” in the “home” menu will bring you to the “CRM” home page.
Step 2: "Opportunity" Add
Inside the “CRM” page, click on “Opportunity”.
Then, click on "Add" at the top right corner to "Create" page.
Step 3: Create
Inside the “create” page, agents are required to fill in the appropriate information then click “save” on the bottom to save the CRM that you just created
Step 4: Request Detail
Inside the “Request Detail” page, agents are required to fill in the appropriate information.
Then about editing content of "Customer Info" &"Customer Needs", please click
Step 5: Buy Resale Request
Inside the “Buy Resale Request” page, agents are required to fill in the appropriate information then click"save" that you just filled.
Step 6: Request Detail- Offer
Inside the “Request Detail” page, click “Offer” on the bottom corner to "Offer” page.
Agents are required to fill in the appropriate information.
Step 7: Request Detail- Showing
Inside the “Request Detail” page, click “Showing” on the bottom corner to "Showing” page.
Agents are required to fill in the appropriate information.
Step 8: Request Detail- Service
Inside the “Request Detail” page, click “Service” on the bottom corner to "Service Request” page.
Then click “Orders” on the top right corner to "Request Confirm" page.
Step 9: Service Request
Inside the “Request Confirm” page, agents will see all detail for the request.

Step 10: CRM-"Leads" Add
Inside the “CRM” page, click on “Leads”.
Then, click on "Add" at the top right corner to "Create" page.
